Interactive Project Manager

O3 World is looking for an Interactive Project/Account Manager to help manage our various web development, mobile development and social media projects.
O3 World is a Digital Agency located in Philadelphia that specializes in Online Strategy, including Web Design + Development and Social Media Management. We are located in Northern Liberties in a loft style space, and provide a culture that is challenging, progressive and team oriented. We work with clients in several industries, including retail, healthcare, wine and spirits, publishing and the B to B sector.
This role acts as the main point of contact between the client and the internal project team. You will participate in all aspects of online projects including strategy, design, development, implementation, as well as acting as an integral piece to the overall digital marketing and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
Create detailed project timelines, budget estimates, and production schedules
Ensure team develops projects on time and within budget
Work closely with owners of the company and heads of each department
Organize and manage all internal tasks necessary for a successful project launch
Assist in QA & Testing process
Assist sales in the billing process
Maintain/update daily and weekly progress through our time management system
Participate in the creative process (strategy, brainstorming and critiques)
Participate in meetings with clients and the ability to successfully interface with clients regularly through phone calls and emails
Learn the technical solutions our company provides, such as our Content Management System, and be aware of other technologies that exist in the marketplace
Provide assistance and ideas for online marketing initiatives, including social media strategy and ongoing management for our company and for our clients
Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years project management and/or account management experience, preferably in an interactive or digital agency environment
Working knowledge of web and application development, web design and digital marketing
Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Works well individually and in a team environment
Proven track record bringing projects in on time and on/under budget
Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff and the management team
Ability to maintain a positive, upbeat, passionate mentality internally and when interacting with clients
Must bring a positive outlook to work every day
