USER EXPERIENCE ARCHITECT

User Experience Architect-Philadelphia, PA

Our client , a hip desirable full service ad agency in Center City is in
need of a user experience architect. The User Experience Architect is
responsible for documenting the experience across all elements of a digital
marketing campaign. We need someone to think beyond the Web site but
remember its importance. We need someone who can identify opportunities to
leverage mobile, email and social media components to create campaigns that
move and motivate people.

What we need you to do:

* Work with account teams and planners to identify the business goals
of our clients
* Identify and uncover the needs, wants, goals and touch points of the
target audience
* Participate in information gathering sessions leveraging the
following resources; interviews, focus groups, field studies, surveys, web
analytics, social media monitoring tools and usability testing
* Develop user profiles and personas from the primary and secondary
sources
* Collaborate with copywriters in defining content and organizing it
* Design and maintain site maps, user flows, and wireframes for all
digital tactics (web, mobile, social)
* Work closely with designers and developers on defining page types
and templates for production
* Work closely with designers and developers on ideas and requirements
for interface functionality
* Work closely with social media leads on the development of social
media plans and editorial calendars
* Be a champion for usability issues and best practices throughout the
design and development process
* Use analytics to monitor site performance, social media engagement
and web behavior.
* Communicate your ideas in a clean and concise way

Things we cannot live without:

We need a problem solver. Someone who understands the big picture yet can
map out the details needed to reach the end goal. Must be curious. Must be
creative. Must be analytical, critical and conceptual thinker.

* Personality -
* A background in interactive marketing, advertising, human-computer
interaction, library/information science, or new media
* A firm understanding of web behaviors and user experience principles
* Excellent writing, speaking, presentation and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in traditional software programs such as Word, Excel,
PowerPoint/Keynote, Visio/OmniGraffle
* Occasional travel required - mostly local
