Account Executive
Employer: Delphic Sage
The Account Executive has the primary responsibility to identify, qualify, and secure business with new clients. The individual will have a high energy level and 2-4 years of successful outside sales experience preferably in the web, online marketing or IT services industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet/exceed new business acquisition and revenue quotas for new and existing customers through networking, referrals, lead lists and prospecting (yes, including some cold calling)
Manage team collaboration, including pre- and post-sales support, in creation of a convincing and strategic sales approach, proposal, documentation and presentation
Maintain pipeline, forecast, contract, profile data on all assigned prospects and customers through Zoho CRM
Professionally responsive to customer inquires and committed to excellence in all customer communication
Proven hands-on experience with senior executives in medium to Global 2000 businesses
Interaction with critical industry partners in the area of joint business development and building compelling, complimentary solutions
Understands the organizations capabilities completely and accurately articulates the value proposition
Strong analytical and listening skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value based selling process
EXPERIENCE
Experience in building a pipeline of new business and exceeding established financial targets
Familiarity with the overall site development process as well as creative processes, analytics and online marketing issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
